Waste Facilities
We undertake
permit applications, variations, Hydrogeological Risk Assessments (HRA), permit condition reviews and compliance
reporting for landfilling, recycling facilities and other waste operations (e.g agricultural land spreading).
Working with our clients to develop their existing company operating and environmental management systems, we undertake gap analyses to identify areas of improvement and to meet their permit conditions and the concerns of the Environment Agency.
From 7 April 2019, if you have a waste permit that was granted before 6 April 2008 you’ll need to manage and operate your waste activity in line with a written management system.

Discharges to Ground
If you are discharging effluent or waste water to
ground or surface water you may need an environmental permit.
Large campsites and caravan parks in remote rural locations can often be reliant on treated effluent discharges to ground to deal with their sewerage.
We can undertake ground testing to establish the suitability of dishcarges to ground on your site and prepare risk assessments to support successful permit applications.
